Published by laurenmartin24@gmail.com on 2015-06-07
Dear Mt Monadnock Scouters,

Our final Roundtable for this school year will be Tuesday June 9th at the Peterborough LDS Church, 65 Old Bennington Road, Peterborough 03458. We hope you will join us for an informative and fun night...and don't forget to bring all your B-P Bucks!

Directions: From the Rte. 202/Rte. 136 intersection, head out Rte. 136 toward Greenfield for 2.6 miles and turn left onto Old Bennington Road. The church is 1/10 mile ahead on the right. Roundtable signs will help guide you. There will be no child care available, though your children are absolutely welcome to come along!

6:45pm- "Meet and Greet" Pick up your handouts, make your own ice cream sundae, and peruse the auction items!
7:15pm- Opening & General Announcements, including Presentation of the first John Kauer camperships.
7:30pm- Presentation from The Tender Company, makers of Ben's and Natrapel insect repellents, AfterBite, and foot care and first aid products. Please bring your questions about topics like avoiding ticks, natural vs. chemical products, applying repellents to fabric, and anything related to first aid kits. Product samples will be distributed.
8:00pm- B-P Bucks Auction and Sale! We'll start with the auction of grouped items, and then everyone can spend their remaining B-P Bucks purchasing loads of items that are available for straight sales (B-P Bucks is our only currency of the night). Our objective is that everyone will go home with something as a thank you for all that you have done for your Scouts this year! Bring all your B-P Bucks and spend them this night! Anyone new this night will still receive $25 B-P Bucks they can spend on the spot! In the fall we'll start with a new style of B-P Bucks for the new year.

Let's enjoy celebrating together the positive difference we are making in the lives of our youth!

Yours in Scouting,
Lauren Martin, Mt Monadnock District Commissioner
